The meetings of the Kwai Tsing District Council and its Committees
(except Administration and Finance Committee) are open to the
public. Those who are interested should arrive at the
Conference Room five minutes before the meeting. No
appointment is required. However, due to limited seats
available in the Conference Room, any larger group who would like to
be the audience should contact the Kwai Tsing District Council
Secretariat (Tel: 2494 4570 to 2494 4574) at least one working day
before the meeting for making arrangements. |
