Meet-the-Public
Scheme
Tuen Mun District
Council holds the sessions for the Meet-the-Public Scheme from
4:30p.m. to 6:00pm on Fridays when members of the Council in a
group of two will take turns to give their services. Members of
the public may make appointment with the Council members on duty
through the Secretariat of the Council if they wish to give
their views on matters in the District or seek assistances from
the Council members. The schedule of meeting the public is as
follows:

during office hours (from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to
Friday). The Contact number is 24513297. If you make the
appointment on Friday and want to meet the District Council
Members on the same day, please make sure that the request is
made before 12:00 noon, otherwise your appointment has to be
arranged on next Friday. |
