Tsuen Wan District Council "Meet-the-Public Scheme"

The Tsuen Wan District Council "Meet-the-Public Scheme" is aimed at providing more opportunities for the public to meet the District Council Members.  Through this communication link, the District Council Members can have a better understanding of the problems and aspirations of the local community and so they can reflect them to the Government with a view to improving the quality of the life of the public.

The Tsuen Wan District Council operates two sessions every week for the "Meet-the-Public Scheme".  Details are as follows: 

Date:   From 6:00p.m. to 7:30p.m. on Tuesdays

           From 3:30p.m. to 5:00p.m. on Fridays

           (excluding public holidays) 

Venue: 1/F., Tsuen Wan Multi-storey Carpark Building,

During the Meet-the-Public Sessions, a duty District Council Member with the assistance of an executive officer from the District Council Secretariat will receive enquiries/complaints and discuss any issues raised by the public.

People living or working in Tsuen Wan District are welcome to make an appointment. The venue of meeting is the TWDC Members' Room, 1/F., Tsuen Wan Multi-storey Carpark Building.

To make appointment, members of the public should contact the District Council Secretariat at 3515 5710 before 5:00 p.m. on Monday or Thursday (excluding public holidays).

No further notice will be given if there is a replacement for the District Councillors who are unable to attend the session.
