Terms of Reference
| (a) | To put forward views with regard to the community services and the relevant policies, as well as promote and coordinate the recreational and cultural activities within the Eastern district. |
| (b) | To put forward views with regard to the local economy, social enterprises, healthy city and occupational safety etc within the Eastern district and promote related activities. |
| (c) | To promote and coordinate activities relating to national education, civic education, moral education and community services within the Eastern district. |
| (d) | To encourage residents or working population within the Eastern district to participate and support the community building activities conducted by the Government and non-Government organizations. |
