Terms of Reference

(A) To advise on the development of industry and trade, especially the development of local community economy in the district, and to enhance communication with the government by reflecting to it the concerns of the industry and trade sector.

(B) To advise on industrial and commercial laws and regulations, measures for developing local community economy in the district, changes in government policies and regulations that are conducive to the development of local community economy, as well as legislation and policies on occupational safety, health protection and labour matters.

(C) To promote and co-ordinate activities related to promotion of industry and trade, development of local community economy, labour affairs and occupational safety in the district, and to assess their results.
