Terms of Reference
| (a) | To advise on matters relating to food safety, environmental hygiene, environmental protection and the cityscape in the district and to make recommendations to the government for improvement. |
| (b) | To advise on the improvement and clearance of environmental blackspots in the district. |
| (c) | To promote and co-ordinate activities in connection with food safety, environmental hygiene, environmental protection and community greening in the district. |
