Terms of Reference

(A) To advise on matters related to the management, maintenance and improvement of facilities of private housing in the district, including all private buildings and private streets.

(B) To advise on the management, development, redevelopment and improvement of public housing, Home Ownership Scheme estates and temporary housing as well as other related matters in the district.

(C) To advise the Administration, the Hong Kong Housing Authority and the Hong Kong Housing Society on Hong Kong's housing policies.
