Terms of Reference

(A) To advise on the adequacy of recreational and cultural facilities in the district.

(B) To advise on the improvement of management of recreational and cultural facilities and services in the district.

(C) To promote and co-ordinate the recreational and cultural activities in the district with a view to cultivating a sense of district identity for people living or working in the district.
