Terms of Reference
| (a) | To put forward views with regard to the planning, formulation and development of the traffic and transport affairs within the Eastern district. |
| (b) | To put forward views and improvement suggestions with regard to the sufficiency, efficiency and quality of the public traffic services within the Eastern district. |
| (c) | To concern over the road safety and car parking issues as well as put forward improvement suggestions, together with promote and coordinate the road safety activities within the Eastern district. |
