Terms of Reference

(A) To give approval for the allocation of EDC Funds to local organizations.

(B) To vet funding applications from local organizations in connection with Community Involvement Projects, District Festivals Subsidy Schemes and District Cultural Project Grants Schemes.

(C) To review the vetting criteria and to revise the guidelines for funding application when and where necessary.

(D) To give concern to the community involvement activities and other activities organized by local organizations under District Festivals Subsidy Schemes and District Cultural Projects Grants Schemes and to review the effectiveness of the activities.
