Terms of Reference
| (a) | To give approval for the allocation of EDC Funds to Non-government bodies (NGOs) and District Councils (DCs) or Committees / Working Groups (C / WGs) under DCs or District Offices (DOs) |
| (b) | To review the vetting criteria and to revise the guidelines for funding application when and where necessary. |
| (c) | To vet funding applications from NGOs in connection with Community Involvement Projects and to review the effectiveness of the projects. |
