The Government may, in its sole discretion, require any websites to remove any hyperlink to this website at any time.
       
6. The Government reserves the right to withdraw the Permission at any time without any prior notice.

The prior written consent of the Government is required if you intend to reproduce, distribute or otherwise use the Materials in any way or for any purpose other than that provided in the Permission and Clause 5 above. Such requests shall be addressed to the District Office/District Council Secretariat of the respective district.
    
8. The Hong Kong Supplementary Character Set (HKSCS) contains Chinese characters that are specific to the Hong Kong environment and are used by the public and the Government in electronic communications. Language

19. These terms and conditions have been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
     
20. The Simplified Chinese version on the DC website is generated from the Traditional Chinese version by software. If there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the two versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

Severability

21. If at any time any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected or impaired thereby

Governing Law

22. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.  You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
