The Home Affairs Department has allocated additional provisions to 18 District Councils with a view to enhancing the work of District Councils in promoting arts and cultural activities at district level. The Arts and Cultural Activities Working Group under the Finance & Admin Committee of the Sai Kung District Council (SKDC) will take charge to coordinate and implement a series of arts and cultural activities in the district.
