Add Meeting Timetables to e-calendar
You can now use the timetable of current term’s DC meetings in iCal format (.ics) to add DC meeting timetable to your own calendar application!
The calendar is available in the following two language versions :
- Chinese
- English
How to obtain the link of DC meetings' calendar?
By subscribing to the calendar of DC meetings as a feed (Note : Additional charges of data usage may be incurred) or importing it to your calendar application, the timetable of DC meetings can be added to your e-calendar.
The steps to generate the subscription link of iCal calendar are as below :
- Choose the language and District Council
- Choose the desired meetings
Click "Generate URL" and the URL of iCal calendar will be provided.
Difference between subscribing and importing
Importing a calendar in iCal form (.ics) adds the data in the ICS file to your calendar. Any changes on the timetable do not refreshed automatically.
Subscribing to a calendar connects it to your calendar. Whenever the subscribed calendar has changes, the calendar application updates your calendar. (Note : Additional charges of data usage may be incurred)
