Terms of Reference

To monitor and coordinate the relocation of the Yau Ma Tei Fruit Market and the subsequent resettlement matters;
To advise the Government on the future use of the Fruit Market site; and
To keep a close watch on the operation of the Fruit Market and its impact on the surrounding environment, and to look at ways to deal with the problems.
