Scheme immediately, provide additional public rental housing flats, and
optimise the My Home Purchase Plan by addressing to its
inadequacies in terms of the number of flats, form of subsidy, amount of
the subsidy
and time frame for renting and purchasing the flat, etc. with a view to
assisting the public in solving the housing problem and providing a
chance for those who do not have their own place to purchase a flat.?
