Signature Project Scheme in Yuen Long District

Background

The Signature Project Scheme (SPS) is an initiative announced by the Chief Executive in his 2013 Policy Address.  A total of $100 million will be reserved for each district to initiate SPS projects.  The projects should address the needs of the district and be sustainable with lasting impact.  The Yuen Long District Council (YLDC) has endorsed the project namely “Construction of a Yuen Long District Community Services Building” to be taken forward under SPS.
